Procurement Support Operations Internship (Rolling Intake)

Your role

Key responsibilities as follows:

• Support procurement operations for Contract Life-cycle Management, Vendor Master Data Maintenance, and Supplier Enablement.
• Maintain vendor master data in SAP Ariba, ensuring compliance with business requirements.
• Address VMDM inquiries and collaborate with the SAP Finance and Controlling team.
• Assist in supplier enablement activities on the Ariba Network, including supplier communications and data setup.
• Communicate with supplier relationship owners and suppliers regarding the enablement process.
• Support Contract Lifecycle Management by creating and amending Contract Workspaces and ensuring sourcing process compliance.
• Handle general inquiries on CLM and update the ServiceNow ticketing system promptly.

About you

Ideal candidates will possess the following:

• Undergraduate status in the penultimate or final year of a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong academic performance with a minimum CGPA of 3.00 or second class upper.
• Availability for a minimum internship duration of 12 weeks.
• University-mandated internship placement.
• Willingness to work in Cyberjaya.
