Your role

As a P2P Procurement Support Operations (Service Desk) Intern, you will be responsible for the following roles:

  • Support Service Desk requests/inquiries for ARIBA and CONCUR which focused on Level 1 support requests/inquiries, i.e.
    • system navigation
    • system error investigation
    • business process related to system functionalities
  • Handle and manage the ticketing system with timely ticket status updates. This includes ticket creation for other respective teams, i.e. L2, PSO team, etc.
  • Ensure timely escalation to L2 and PSO teams.
  • Ensure tickets are handled within the agreed SLA by severity levels.
  • Advise the right process to end-users for the out-of-scope inquiry/request. i.e. PCR process, HR & Finance related processes, PIR in Solman, etc.
