Learning and Development (HR) Intern (Rolling Intake)

Your Role

Key responsibilities as follows:

• Supports training setup by coordinating with facilities teams for optimal learning environments.
• Coordinates trainer logistics, including scheduling and necessary arrangements.
• Maintains and organizes the training calendar, sending invitations and circulating materials.
• Processes payments related to training programs using the internal payment system (ARIBA).
• Coordinates with Food & Beverage vendors to organize meals for New Employee Orientation sessions.

About You

Ideal candidates will have:

• Undergraduate status in the penultimate or final year of a bachelor’s degree in human resources, management, psychology, or international business.
• Academic excellence with a minimum CGPA of 3.00 or second class upper or equivalent.
• Availability for a minimum duration of 12 weeks or more.
• Compulsory internship placement by the university.
• Willingness to work in Cyberjaya.
