Finance Operations Intern (Rolling Intake)

Your role

Key responsibilities as follows:

• Supports daily operations in a specific business area on a full-time or part-time basis.
• Assists with financial operations, including managing Ariba contracts, Purchase Orders, Invoicing, and Payments.
• Participates in contract novation projects and supplier onboarding.
• Uploads contracts to the Ariba system from the risk management database.
• Supports the issuance of Purchase Orders, Invoice reviews, and manual uploads.
• Ensures smooth payment processing and invoice reconciliation, such as confirming receipt of goods and invoice submission.
• Provides assistance with contract novation projects as needed.

About you

Ideal candidates will have:

• Undergraduate status in the penultimate or final year of a bachelor’s degree in Finance or Business.
• Academic excellence with a minimum CGPA of 3.00 or second class upper or equivalent.
• Availability for a minimum duration of 12 weeks.
• Compulsory internship placement by the university.
• Willingness to work in Cyberjaya.
