Account Management: Serve as liaisons between ADA Malaysia and our clients, ensuring excellent customer service and client satisfaction
Strategy: Support the implementation of social/digital communication strategies and execution of comprehensive social media marketing plans and programs
Content Planning: Support with creative briefing, copywriting, localization ideation
Community/Platform Management: Support the team with managing clients’ social platforms. Manage and oversee various social media accounts monitor relevant online conversations and respond appropriately
Insights/Reporting: Assist in conducting qualitative competitive analysis on clients' and competitors’ social activity. Combine monthly reports to analyze the social media presence of brands, determine the efficacy of strategy, and identify areas for improvement
What skills & experience do you need?
A Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communication/related field or experience in a research capacity
Interested in managing Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and other relevant social media platforms for brands
Intellectual curiosity and thirst for innovation in the social media realm
Excellent consulting, writing, presentation, and communication skills
Good understanding of Microsoft Office
Good attention to detail, and ability to show initiative and work independently
