Management Trainee (Rolling Intake)

Your role

ADA is seeking a highly motivated and talented Management Trainee to join their team. The Management Trainee program is designed to provide hands-on experience and exposure to various aspects of their e-commerce operations, including sales, marketing, operations, and customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for e-commerce and a desire to learn and grow within the industry. 

Key responsibilities: 

• Commercial Management: Assist in daily routines of managing the store activities, executing sales and strategies to increase conversion rates and maximize revenue. Analyze e-commerce data and metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.  
• Operations: Gain exposure to the day-to-day operations of ADA's e-commerce platform, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and logistics.
• Customer Service: Provide support to ADA's customer service team by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. 
• Marketing: Assist in developing and executing marketing strategies to drive traffic. 

About you

To apply for this role, you need to meet the qualifications below:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. 
• Proactive and self-motivated with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges. 
• Previous experience in e-commerce or retail is a plus but not required. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills 
• Passion for E-commerce and a desire to stay up to date with industry trends and best practices. 

Compensation & benefits

Based on another source, the role of a Management Trainee at ADA Malaysia will get a monthly salary of MYR 4,000. Additionally, by joining this program you will also get other benefits:
