Responsibilities
- Actively participate in improving contract management procedures for better efficiency and accuracy.
- Assist legal counsel in drafting contracts, NDAs, amendments, and addendums using established templates.
- Input contract details into the ADA contract management database.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth contracting processes.
About you
Qualifications
- Enrollment in a law degree program.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly in English, and proficiency with computers.
- A positive attitude, energy, and a willingness to embrace new challenges in a corporate setting.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously.
