IT Support Intern (Rolling Intake)

Your role

Key responsibilities as follows:

• Manage IT network, systems, infrastructure, and applications in Malaysia and throughout Asia, reporting to the IT Director in Singapore.
• Handle IT support requests from employees, ensuring adherence to SLAs, and troubleshoot IT issues to minimize downtime.
• Execute daily IT operations, ensuring system reliability, availability, and security.
• Demonstrate proficiency in managing network infrastructure, including wireless controllers, switches, and firewalls.
• Administer systems, including server installation, configuration, and maintenance.
• Manage IT hardware lifecycle, from procurement to disposal.
• Provide training and guidance to end-users on IT tools and best practices.
• Offer backup support for other countries and collaborate with the IT team on projects and improvements.

• Experience in network infrastructure management and system administration.
• Familiarity with IT hardware lifecycle management.
• Understanding of cybersecurity principles and experience in implementing security measures.
