Your role

As an IT Intern at ADA, these are the following responsibilities you will need to do:

  • Assisting with day-to-day IT operations requirements to support ADA at large.
  • Respond to user requests for service, troubleshoot problems, and help develop solutions.
  • Support hardware and software components.
  • Identify and report system issues to the vendor.
  • Monitor antivirus software and updates.
  • Monitor backup systems.
  • Getting involved and assisting in IT Projects.
  • Assist with laptop purchasing, procurement, and disposal.
  • Manage office IT infrastructure (for example: Office network, printer, etc.).
