Your role

As an HR Business Partner (HRBP) Intern, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HRBP team in various projects and daily responsibilities related to human resources management. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR best practices in APAC and contribute to the organization's HR initiatives. You will be responsible for research, data analysis, employee life cycle processes, and HR administrative tasks. 

In this role, you will do the work below:

• HR Trends Research and Presentations:
  • Research current Global HR-related trends.
  • Compile findings and create informative presentations to help the HRBP team stay updated.
• Employee Life Cycle Processes:
  • Supporting HRBPs in ensuring a positive onboarding & offboarding of employees.
• HR Administrative Task
  • Provide administrative support to HRBPs as needed.

About you
