Your role
Responsibilities
- Assist in updating and maintaining the HRIS system.
- Perform data entry, and data validation, and ensure the accuracy of employee records.
- Support HRIS reporting and help generate basic reports as needed.
- Provide first-level support for system-related inquiries from employees.
- Help with system testing and implementation of updates or new features.
- Assist in documenting processes and creating simple user guides.
