Your role

Job Overview:

As an Employee Experience Intern, you will be pivotal in supporting and advancing ADA's regional engagement initiatives and the regional onboarding program. Collaborating closely with the Head of Employee Experience, your strategic insights and data-driven approach will enhance the overall experience for ADA employees.

What Will You Do?

Strategic Support and Implementation:

  • Collaborate with the Head of Employee Experience to develop and implement regional engagement initiatives.
  • Support the rollout of the regional onboarding program, ensuring it aligns with ADA's vision and goals. 

Data Analysis & Insights:

  • Assist in conducting regular surveys and other data collection methods to gauge employee engagement and satisfaction.
  • Analyze gathered data to provide strategic insights, identify trends, and recommend improvements.
  • Present findings and insights to the Head of Employee Experience and other stakeholders to inform strategic decisions. 

Collaboration & Integration:

  • Partner with various HR teams to create a holistic employee experience that integrates diverse functions.
  • Advocate for best practices and share insights to promote cross-functional alignment on employee experience initiatives. 

Industry Knowledge:

  • Stay updated with industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices in employee experience.
  • Introduce innovative strategies and solutions to continuously evolve ADA's employee experience approach.

Ad-hoc Responsibilities:

  • Assist with any other related strategic duties or special projects as required to support the employee experience vision.
