Your role 

As an HR Intern, you'll play a key role in supporting the Compensation & Benefits Management Team, gaining hands-on experience and valuable insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in salary and labor market surveys to determine prevailing pay rates and benefits.
• User Support: Provide first-level support to employees and HR staff who have inquiries or issues related to HR. 
• Reporting: Assist in generating regular and ad-hc reports from HR, ensuring data accuracy and timeliness. Prepare data analysis and summaries as required. 
• Define a fair, equitable, and competitive total compensation and benefits package that fits and is aligned with the company's strategy and business goals.
• Conduct periodic audits and prepare reports. 
• Special Projects: Assist in ad-hoc HR projects as assigned, which may involve data analysis, system testing, or process optimization.

About you

Skills and experience needed:

• A bachelor's degree in Human Resources Information Systems/Data Analytics, Information Systems, or any HR-related field.
• You have prior experience in data analytics and research.
• Great understanding in Microsoft Excel. 
• You are highly organized and great at prioritizing, and multi-tasking.
• Excellent verbal and written English.
• You are meticulous with high attention to detail and accuracy.
• You have the desire to work in a fast-paced environment.
