Your role
Key responsibilities as follows:
- Provide QA support for EPD Supply Chain issues.
- Register QA-related complaints via SolTraq and forward them for investigation.
- Support the maintenance of the Affiliate PV System Country Chapter and local PV procedures.
- Assist with the receipt, recording, and reconciliation of safety information.
- Conduct safety surveillance, including literature and health authority website screening.
- Prepare local periodic safety reports and Risk Management Plans.
- Ensure PV record retention and archiving.
- Maintain the local PV product list.
About you
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Experience in QA and PV processes.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Familiarity with SolTraq and safety information management.
