Your role
Key responsibilities as follows:
- Administer the Sumtotal platform for monthly tracking and updates on affiliate training hours.
- Assist the Training Manager with quarterly Product Knowledge Assessments, including uploading reading materials to the Sumtotal platform and distributing them to learners.
- Support the Regulatory Manager with new Product Insert updates, uploading them to the Sumtotal platform and notifying relevant learners.
- Collaborate with the Training Manager to generate monthly progress reports for al-Accelerate projects under GTA.
- Coordinate onboarding schedules for new recruits, including planning, follow-up, and finalizing details with stakeholders.
- Handle administrative tasks related to documentation of training materials, PKT quiz questions, new PI, onboarding, and meeting invites.
- Support SFE projects by uploading data for MCE activities.
About you
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Experience in training administration or a related field.
- Proficiency with the Sumtotal platform or similar learning management systems.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
